Chimay Brewery is a brewery at Scourmont Abbey, a Trappist monastery in Chimay, Hainaut, Belgium, one of the fourteen breweries worldwide that produce Trappist beer. They make three ales: Chimay Rouge, Chimay Bleue, and Chimay Blanche; and one patersbier for the monks.
